Italian Antipasta Cold Pasta Salad

- 1 package of Wacky Macroni (tri-color pasta mix) shopping list
- 2 pints of grape tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) fresh mozzerella, cubed shopping list
- 1 pkg of smoked mozzerella or provolone cheese cubed shopping list
- 1 red pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 small red onion chopped shopping list
- 1 zucchini cubed shopping list
- 1 small can of sliced black olives shopping list
- 1 small can of sliced green olives shopping list
- hard salami, cubed (I used half of a stick) shopping list
- 1 to 1-1/2 pkgs of Hormel Mini Peppperoni slices (or used stick and cube) shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 3/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced well shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 3 tbsp shredded parmesan/romano cheese mix shopping list
- 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl, mix dressing ingredients all together, cover and shake well to mix flavors (use a jar if you wish)
- In large bowl, put all other ingredients in
- Pour dressing over top and mix well
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Before serving, top with fresh basil
