How to make it

  • Raspberries can be expensive, so I was really happy to learn that my local store offered these frozen lit gems in small packages. I use 150 gram for one serving, but you could do with less.
  • I sometimes use a vanilla flavor additive or vanilla protein powder, but even without these extras its a still a great treat!

    Hey Cubralinda,

There is a lot debate on aspartame, and I am not qualified to make comments on the safety. As far as I know scientific research shows mixed results, thus I personally go for moderation.

    See wikipedia for more:

Hi there I read an article last night on sugar replacers, THEY ARE LOADED WITH TOXINS! STAY AWAY FROM ASPARTAME!It nothing healthy for your body. check out this website...http://www.rense.com It will blow your mind. I will definately try this smoothie, but I wont be adding any sugar replacements. Please spread the word to your love ones.

That sounds so tasty - and the picture is so inviting...I will have to pick up some frozen raspberries for this. Thank you!

yay, curd cheese (150-250 gram)! There are many different brands available where I live, for shakes I use a low fat version, with a very smooth flavor.

This looks awesome. I love raspberries, and I would use honey instead of sugar which is great. Now are you talking about curd cheese when you say quark? and how much?
