How to make it

  • If using a large skillet, you may be able to do this in one pan, as I did. if not, prepare veggies in a separate pan.
  • Heat oil in skillet on medium, and coat the bottom of the pan
  • Add bell pepper and mushrooms and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Add sliced turkey breast (1/4" - 1/2" thick)
  • Salt and pepper breast to taste as it cooks
  • Cook 5 minutes each side, or until it becomes golden brown on each side
  • Remove all and set aside
  • In a bowl, mix mayo and chipotle
  • Slice the kasier roll (or roll of your choice) in half, and butter each side
  • Grill roll about a minute, face down, until golden brown
  • To Stack:
  • Place bottom of roll on the plate, and add a slice of cheese
  • Stack red bell pepper on top, perpendicular to the direction that you will be slicing the sandwich when it's done
  • Stack turkey on next, the same direction as the peppers
  • Stack the mushrooms on top of the turkey, and add the last slice of cheese.
  • Spread the chipotle mayo on the top of the roll, and place it on top of your stack
  • Enjoy!!
