Italian Sub Pocket

- 1 pkg pizza crust mix (I used a pouch of Betty Crocker mix) shopping list
- 1 6-ounce package shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/4 pound shaved ham, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 pound shaved turkey, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 pound thin sliced salami, chopped shopping list
- Dressing-- mix the following together: shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 T fresh chopped tarragon or 1 T dry shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list shopping list
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder shopping list shopping list
How to make it
- Make the pizza crust according to the package directions.
- Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and roll into about 5 inch squares. (I put it through a pasta machine to roll it out)
- Evenly divide meats and cheese among the 4 squares of dough.
- Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges.
- Bush the tops with the dressing.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
