Grilled Salmon With Mustard Bbq Sauce

- BBQ Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 c Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3 TB clover honey shopping list
- 1 TB lt brown sugar shopping list
- 3 TB rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar shopping list
- 1tsp soy sauce shopping list
- Few dashes Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- salmon shopping list
- 4 salmon fillets,8 oz. ea. shopping list
- 2 TB canola oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together all ingredients for bbq sauce in a bowl,cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before using. The longer it sits in frig.,the better the flavor. Bring to room temp. before using.
- Brush salmon fillets on both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill salmon on each side until golden brown and cooked med-well done,about 4 mins a side,brushing with sauce every few mins. Remove fish from grill and immediately drizzle the top of each fillet with more sauce. Serve remaining sauce on side.
