How to make it

  • Whisk together all ingredients for bbq sauce in a bowl,cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before using. The longer it sits in frig.,the better the flavor. Bring to room temp. before using.
  • Brush salmon fillets on both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill salmon on each side until golden brown and cooked med-well done,about 4 mins a side,brushing with sauce every few mins. Remove fish from grill and immediately drizzle the top of each fillet with more sauce. Serve remaining sauce on side.

    Okay...there's no way I can cook fast enough to keep up to these amazing recipes that you keep cranking out. Wow! That sounds soooooo good. Bookmarked to try when I get some time. LOL.
