Gooey Brownie Pudding With Homemade Custard

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup Berry sugar/Castor sugar shopping list
- 2Tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- 2Tbsp soft butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup soft brown sugar shopping list
- 3Tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 1 /4 hot water shopping list
- custard shopping list
- 1/3 cup custard powder shopping list
- cold water shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1/2 can condensed milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Pudding:
- Oven 350'F/180'C. Sift together flour,baking powder,salt,sugar,cocoa powder.Whisk the milk,butter,vanilla,nuts and mix well with dry ingredients.Pour batter into a deep casserole dish.Mix the brown
- sugar,cocoa and sprinkle over batter.Pour the hot water over.Put the casserole dish into another dish,fill with boiling water until halfway up the side of your pudding dish.(water bath). Bake 40min. While your pudding rests, make the custard:
- Custard:
- Whisk the Custard powder with a little cold water to make a runny paste.When the paste is smooth, Add the 2 cups Boiling water and whisk till smooth and thick.Add the condensed milk and vanilla,whisk again.Voila, quick custard!
- Pour copious amounts over your chocolate pudding!!!!!!!!!!
