How to make it

  • Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic together.
  • Put mixture into a food processor and chop until well mixed.
  • Add the crab and the celery and mix well.
  • Transfer to a large bowl and add the Miracle Whip along with the curry and tarragon.
  • Add the lemon juice and the raisins. Mix well.
  • Make an incision in each mini pita pocket, about 1" long and stuff each pocket with about a heaping tbsp. of the crab mixture.
  • Cut each pita pocket in half with the incision at the top.
  • Arrange on a platter to serve. Refrigerate until serving.
  • The flavour improves as it sits and it even tastes better the next day!
  • Enjoy!
