2 Ways Of Fried Chicken

- 2-3 lbs chicken pieces shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 3 TB pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 2 cups self rising flour shopping list
- 1 TB pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp powdered garlic shopping list
- 3 tsp salt shopping list
- powdered ginger shopping list
- 3 TB dry ranch seasoning mix shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Soak chicken pieces in mixture of milk, pepper, cayenne and paprika.
- Prepare flour mixture by mixing together flour, pepper, cayenne, paprika, powdered garlic, salt, and a dash of ginger. After chicken has soaked for at least an hour, take out of milk and cover half with flour mixture.
- For other half, add ranch seasoning to flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Dredge the remaining chicken pieces in this mixture.
- Fry chicken until it reaches a golden brown on all sides. Remove from oil and place on baking sheet. Bake in oven at 350*F until chicken has an internal temperature of 165* F. Enjoy!
