How to make it

  • For crust:
  • Combine wafer crumbs, butter & pecans. Press onto the bottom and up sides of a greased 9" pie plate.
  • Filling:
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, liquor and vanilla till light & fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread into crust
  • Topping:
  • In bowl mix all ingredients. (if you think too thin, add more cornstarch and sugar)
  • Spread over filling mixture. Cover and chill atleast 6 hours to have top thicken.
  • To decorate: place fresh raspberries around the top of pie
  • Note: try other berries: strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, rhubarb, blackberries or mix them up too.
