How to make it

  • Put the cilantro,garlic,onion,chilles, and tomatoes into your blender. Heat up stock and put the blended stuff into the broth along with the cumin and salt. Let it boil, then reduce heat and bring to a simmer for about one hour. Fry the tortillas with the olive oil until they are crisp, drain. Add chicken stock and garnish with cheese, tortilla strips, avocado, sour cream,ect.. Love it
