Mexican Beef And Bean Dip

- 1/2 lb ground beef(or turkey) shopping list
- 1 small onion,chopped(1/4c) shopping list
- 1 can refried beans shopping list
- 1 can(14.5 oz) diced tomatoes,drained shopping list
- 1 c shredded Mexican blend cheese shopping list
- 8 oz rounf tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Spray 12" skillet-heat over medium. Cook beef and onion till the beef is done,stirring occasionally,8-10 mins. Drain well.
- Stir in beans and tomatoes. Cook 3-4 mins and stir till hot. Stir in 3/4 c cheese. Spoon into serving dish or 2 qt. slow-cooker,top with remaining cheese. Wuill hold in slow-cooker for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. At Christmas,it's nice with the grenn and red chips.
