Doubletree Hotel Famous Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • use parchment paper if you have it
  • cream butter, add the sugars, cream again- 2 min. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  • add vanilla & lemon juice
  • mix together dry ingredients.
  • add to creamed mixture
  • stir well
  • stir in chips and nuts
  • drop by T on cookie sheet
  • Bake 350 for 12---15 min

    I changed the recipe. It's 3/4 t soda, not 3/4 C!!

    Oh, Lady! We are on the same page when it comes to Ghiradelli! I buy them at Superfresh in Baltimore when I visit...$2 a bag less expensive than Giant Eagle!
