Spaghetti With White Truffle Oil

If there is any flavored oil that you should have in your kitchen, it is white truffle oil. It is an expensive addition, but it packs so much flavor it is worth every cent. I buy a small bottle with about 2 ounces of oil and store it in the refridgerator. Read more You need just a little to give an incredible flavor. Ingredients
- 150 grams (about 6 oz) dried spaghetti shopping list
- 1 large clove garlic, sliced shopping list
- 15 grams (about 1 Tbsp) sweet cream butter shopping list
- 2 tsp white truffle oil shopping list
- parmesan cheese, shredded shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add garlic and cook until tender.
- As soon as pasta is done, drain it and add it to the pan. Add some salt and pepper and some pf the parmesan. Mix thoroughly
- Remove from heat and add the truffle oil. Mix again.
- Plate and add some more parmesan.
- Be prepared to scream from deliciousness!
