Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325`
  • Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onions
  • Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
  • Place a layer of onions on top of potatoes , sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  • Arrange pork chops on top, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  • CAREFULLY pour milk into dish until it is about 1/2 inch deep
  • Cover with foil and seal edges around
  • Bake covered for 1 hour
  • Uncover and bake for about 15 min. more to brown pork chops

    sounds good, i would never think to add milk to something like this. always looking for non boring ways to do prok chops, thanks! I will defo be trying this. think i would use a heck load of real garlic though, the powder just aint as fab. thanks for sharing!

    Hey i made this for supper tonight and everyone loved it i thought it was a very good meal and the wife thought it was good also the kids didnt eat the potatoes but that is ok they ate the meat. There is one thing i put in pork ribs instead of pork chops thank you so much it was delicious

    Hmmm...Never made "PORK CHOP DINNER" in the crock pot. Now you've got me thinking!!! Yep! I think you could make it in a crock pot! Don';t see why not!
