Pork Chop Dinner Recipe
This dish is easy to make and tastes soo yummy! I got this out of an old recipe book and added a little garlic powder to it.

Ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 4-6 medium thick pork chops
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • milk

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325`
  2. Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onions
  3. Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
  4. Place a layer of onions on top of potatoes , sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  5. Arrange pork chops on top, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  6. CAREFULLY pour milk into dish until it is about 1/2 inch deep
  7. Cover with foil and seal edges around
  8. Bake covered for 1 hour
  9. Uncover and bake for about 15 min. more to brown pork chops

Hmmm...Never made "PORK CHOP DINNER" in the crock pot. Now you've got me thinking!!! Yep! I think you could make it in a crock pot! Don';t see why not!

Hey i made this for supper tonight and everyone loved it i thought it was a very good meal and the wife thought it was good also the kids didnt eat the potatoes but that is ok they ate the meat. There is one thing i put in pork ribs instead of pork chops thank you so much it was delicious

Sounds good, i would never think to add milk to something like this. always looking for non boring ways to do prok chops, thanks! I will defo be trying this. think i would use a heck load of real garlic though, the powder just aint as fab. thanks for sharing!
