Pork Chop Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled

2 large onions, sliced

4-6 medium thick pork chops

garlic powder to taste

salt and pepper to taste

milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 325`

Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onions

Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish

Place a layer of onions on top of potatoes , sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Arrange pork chops on top, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper

CAREFULLY pour milk into dish until it is about 1/2 inch deep

Cover with foil and seal edges around

Bake covered for 1 hour

Uncover and bake for about 15 min. more to brown pork chops

Hey i made this for supper tonight and everyone loved it i thought it was a very good meal and the wife thought it was good also the kids didnt eat the potatoes but that is ok they ate the meat. There is one thing i put in pork ribs instead of pork chops thank you so much it was delicious
