Lemon-provence Grilled Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp herbs de Provence shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- Salt & pepper shopping list
- One lemon, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- If desired, pound chicken to tenderize (and so thickness is uniform so they cook evenly)
- Combine vinegar, oil, herbs de Provence, garlic and salt & pepper.
- Place chicken in a plastic zipper-type bag with lemon slices; pour marinade over chicken and lemon. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours (I also did overnight)
- Discard excess marinade and preheat grill to medium heat.
- Cook chicken until juices no longer run pink. about 5 minutes each side (depending on thickness of chicken)
