How to make it

  • If desired, pound chicken to tenderize (and so thickness is uniform so they cook evenly)
  • Combine vinegar, oil, herbs de Provence, garlic and salt & pepper.
  • Place chicken in a plastic zipper-type bag with lemon slices; pour marinade over chicken and lemon. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours (I also did overnight)
  • Discard excess marinade and preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Cook chicken until juices no longer run pink. about 5 minutes each side (depending on thickness of chicken)
