Mashed Potato Casserole

- 5 pounds russet potatoes, peeled shopping list
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, room temp. shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes until cooked about 40 minutes.
- Mash well
- Using a hand mixer In a small bowl mix cream cheese with the sour cream until fluffy.
- Gradually beat into the potatoes until smooth. and the garlic salt and pepper and mix will.
- Turn into a casserole dis and dot with the butter.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
