Crab And Shrimp Ceviche

- 16 oz imitation crab meat - shredded shopping list
- 16 oz shrimp (ready to use, devined) shopping list
- 3 roma tomatoes - Diced shopping list
- 1 red onion - Diced shopping list
- 1 Bunch cilantro - Diced shopping list
- 2 avocados - Peeled, seed removed and diced shopping list
- 6-8 limes - juiced shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 Teaspoon Applewood Smoked sea salt shopping list
- 12 Teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1- 14oz Bag Tostados shopping list
- 1 bottle favorite hot sauce (ex: Valentinas) shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Shred crab meat in bowl. Add shrimp, chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic powder, both salts, white pepper into bowl and combine. Pour juice of limes over mixture evenly. Mix throughly.
- 2.Refridgerate for 2-4 hours. Before serving dice avocado and add to mixture. Serve with your favorite hot sauce and tostados.
