Greek Pasta Salad

This is the staple salad I take to all potlucks that require a pasta salad. The dressing is also a fantastic greek dressing on its own.
Ingredients
- Salad shopping list
- 3 cups uncooked tri-coloured pasta (rotini) shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4" strips shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4" strips shopping list
- 1 red onion, cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 6 tbsp white vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 4 tbsp chopped green onions shopping list
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp sale shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta to desired doneness. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In blender or food processor, combine all dressing ingredients and process until smooth.
- Combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
