Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Salad

3 cups uncooked tri-coloured pasta (rotini)

1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4" strips

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4" strips

1 red onion, cut into thin strips

1 tomato, cut into wedges

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing

6 tbsp white vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

4 tsp dried basil

4 tbsp chopped green onions

4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp sale

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves

Directions

Cook pasta to desired doneness. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In blender or food processor, combine all dressing ingredients and process until smooth.

Combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
