Ingredients

How to make it

  • - Beat melted butter until it's lighter in color.
  • 2- Add sugar and keep on beating until you get a cream like texture. Add vanilla.
  • 3- Add flour to the previous mixture. Do not over work it; you should have a very soft dough
  • that doesn't stick to your hand.
  • 4- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
  • 5- Take one tablespoon or one and a half teaspoon from dough and make it into a ball.
  • 6- Place it in baking pan. Place the pistachio or almond on top of the balls.
  • 7- Put in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 - 12 minutes.
  • 8- Keep the cookies in the baking pan to cool, they are very delicate when hot.

just like regular cookies, I think it's around 350F, but becareful not more than 12 minutes cuz the dough is so soft and sugary, they might get burned easily. After 8 minutes check out the bottom of the cookies :) if the bottom is golden get out the cookies
