Ghraibeh With Pistachio

- 1 cup cake flour - 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- - 1/2 cup sugar powder - 3 drops vanilla shopping list
- - 20 pistachios to decorate with shopping list
How to make it
- - Beat melted butter until it's lighter in color.
- 2- Add sugar and keep on beating until you get a cream like texture. Add vanilla.
- 3- Add flour to the previous mixture. Do not over work it; you should have a very soft dough
- that doesn't stick to your hand.
- 4- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- 5- Take one tablespoon or one and a half teaspoon from dough and make it into a ball.
- 6- Place it in baking pan. Place the pistachio or almond on top of the balls.
- 7- Put in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 - 12 minutes.
- 8- Keep the cookies in the baking pan to cool, they are very delicate when hot.
