How to make it

  • 1. Mix the butter, the chipotle, the cilantro and the tequila. In the middle of sheet of plastic (Saran Wrap), drop the mixture. Roll it and form a roll of butter. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. When its mid-solid, cut it into slices. Add salt and pepper on the steaks.
  • 2. Preheat the grill at medium heat. Grill them for 5 min, after that, turn them and drop 2 discs of butter. Grill again for 5 min and place them nicely in plates.
