I bought some rice shapes makers sometime back and they were in the cupboard collecting dust. Finally got some ideas what to make for my son using them.

I probably won't make this recipe, but if I had kids who needed school lunches I would! Any kid would be the envy of his/her class with such a cute, yummy lunch that shows so much love and imagination.

Thanks for the comments. My elder kid is a fussy eater. So I try to make his meals interesting.

This looks wonderful! My daughter loves Japanese food and she and I often make Bento lunches.

This is so cute! Simply can't manage to make lunch for myself though, and my s.o. demands a hot lunch every day (ie he wans to eat out). Pity...
