Asian Hot Grill Sauce For Chicken, Beef Or Pork

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese hot mustard -- up to 1 shopping list
- 1 large garlic clove -- minced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Asian chile paste with garlic -- up to 3 Preparation: shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chile paste. Makes 1 1/4 cups. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
