How to make it

  • Trim excess fat from pork chops. Place pork chops in crockpot. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.
  • Cook, covered, on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with: steamed white rice or jasmine rice and/or Chinese noodles.
