Crockpot Peking Pork Chops

- 6 pork chops, about 1 inch thick shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, mashed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Trim excess fat from pork chops. Place pork chops in crockpot. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.
- Cook, covered, on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with: steamed white rice or jasmine rice and/or Chinese noodles.
