How to make it

  • In a large frying pan brown meat and onion in butter, breaking up meat with fork. drain if too greasie
  • Add cabbage and saute lightly.
  • Blend in flour and seasonings
  • Add milk,
  • Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Makes 4 to 6 servings
