Creamed Hamburger And Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef chuck

1 medium onion, minced

3 tablespoons butter or margarine

4 cups coarsely chopped cabbage

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3/4 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

1 1/2 cups milk

Directions

In a large frying pan brown meat and onion in butter, breaking up meat with fork. drain if too greasie

Add cabbage and saute lightly.

Blend in flour and seasonings

Add milk,

Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
