Beer Rice

- 1 onion fine chopped shopping list
- 1 cup slice mushrooms shopping list
- 2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1 cup raw rice shopping list
- 10 oz. beef bouillon shopping list
- 1 cup beer shopping list
- 2 Tbs oil shopping list
- few drops hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions and mushrooms in butter till soft but not browned
- Place in a medium casserole dish
- Add remaining ingrdients
- Stir to blend
- Cover and bake 350F for 45mins or liquid has absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork.
- Reheats well
