Chorizo Queso Dip

- 1- 10oz. roll bulk pork chorizo sausage, cooked and drained well shopping list
- 1- 10oz. can rotel, drained shopping list
- 1- 8oz. block cream cheese, cubed shopping list
- 1- 8oz. block processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), cubed shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into a 1.5 or 2 quart slow cooker.
- Stir a little to mix (don't worry if you can't mix it well, as it melts it'll combine better).
- Cook on low approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until all is melted and completely combined.
- Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips.
- NOTE: This also reheats well.
