How to make it

  • Preheat gas grill on high or prepare med-hot fire in a charcoal grill. While grill heats,toss zucchini spears with oil and pepper to taste,then wrap each spear with half a slice of prosciutto. Grill spears until zucchini is tender and prosciutto crisp.,about 7 mins,turning twice.
  • Arrange spears on platter,sprinkle with basil and serve warm.
