Superb Crab Legs In Sherry Wine Recipe
Original recipe from Frank Spenger of Spengers in Berkeley CA. A incredibly delicious dish, just overflowing in flavor and taste.

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds dungness crab legs or other crab
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup shopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup clam juice
  • flour

Directions
  1. Roll the crab legs in flour.
  2. In a large pan, heat the butter.
  3. Add crab legs.
  4. Saute 2 minutes on one side and turn.
  5. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
  6. Add sherry adn clam juice.
  7. Cook 3 minutes while shaking pan.
  8. Serve on hot cooked rice.
