Ingredients

How to make it

  • Roll the crab legs in flour.
  • In a large pan, heat the butter.
  • Add crab legs.
  • Saute 2 minutes on one side and turn.
  • Add onions and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
  • Add sherry adn clam juice.
  • Cook 3 minutes while shaking pan.
  • Serve on hot cooked rice.

    You just don't know how this made my year. Next year even! I grew up in the Bay Area, my dad was raised in Berkeley. I loved this dish from Spengers! It was my fav. I'm in TN now.
