Had this at a party and asked for the recipe,
It's a twist on quiche
Use as a side dish, appetizer or main course

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound crumbled cooked Italian Sausage
- 3/4 stick pepperoni - cubed small
- 1 cube mozzerella cheese - cubed small
- 5-6 well beaten eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesean cheese
Directions
- Cook rice and drain
- Cook the sausage till no longer pink and drain
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and beat we4ll
- Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan
- Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 till golden brown
