How to make it

  • Cook onions and bell pepper in oil until soft.
  • Add rice, parsley, chicken broth, salt, pepper and jalapenos. Mix well. Pour into a 2 quart dish with lid. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until rice is done and liquid is absorbed. Toss with a fork and serve.

    What a pleasant suprise I was expecting this to be made with broccoli like the one I make only to find a completely new recipe and it looks very good indeed. Thanks for posting.
