Pickled Eggs Recipe
These are very good. I figured there was no way I was going to eat these because I like my eggs at breakfast. My friend made these and brought me one and they are addicting. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons salt
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup cold Water
  • 1 tablespoons mixed whole spices

Directions
  1. Put eggs and salt in cold water and bring to a boil the turn off heat and let stand for five minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Place eggs in cold water and peel then let sit at room temperature until completely cool.
  4. Mix together the remaining ingredients then bring to a boil and then completely cool.
  5. Make sure eggs and vinegar are cold before putting in jars.
  6. Allow to sit in jars for 24 hours before eating.
