How to make it

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and desired consistency. Start with 1/2 cup juice and add more, as needed for blendability and preferred thickness.
  • *a T of pure honey can be added if desired for added sweetness, but grape juice will also be sweeter than some other juices
  • Top with a dollop of unsweetened fresh whipped cream, if desired.

I love doing that with my berries too!! My freezer is always full of strawberries!! I personally put yogurt and a little almond milk in because otherwise everything won't blend!! DEFINITELY need the banana yes. I've started going to Latino markets and find their frozen fruit pulps and add those too. Guava, passion fruit, mango, blackberry (a lil tart). Mixes things up a tad!! So I have another question though. What do you replace it with in the winter?? I can't do this in the winter too. I find oatmeal leaves me with indigestion for the day as well which stinks!
