Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 banana, sliced into half
  • 3/4 glass orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange flavoured liquer
  • Adjust brandy

Directions
  1. Heat pan, add sugar & melt it.
  2. Add in butter, stir occasionally.
  3. Pour orange juice, little by little & stir.
  4. Pour liquer.
  5. Add banana, poke it with fork in order to get the flavor into the banana.
  6. Flame it with brandy.
  7. Serve hot.
