How to make it

  • Sugar Free Brownies

  • Butter 8” x 8” baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt Amber Lyn Dark Chocolate Baking Chunks in a double boiler or in the microwave for 30-second increments and stir until completely melted. (Be careful not to burn chocolate.)
  • Mix butter, melted chocolate and vanilla. Whisk eggs and add to chocolate, mixing well.
  • In a separate mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder and Truvia. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture. Mix together.
  • Pour in baking pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Frost brownies with fudge topping and cut with a warm knife into sixteen squares.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours
  • Fudge Topping

  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 ½ Cups Dark Amber Lyn Baking Chunks
  • 2 packets Truvia or to taste
  • Melt chocolate and mix with heavy whipping cream in pot over low heat. Add Truvia to taste.
