Sugar Free Brownies
- 3 eggs shopping list
- ¾ Cup of Softened butter shopping list
- 4 Cups Amber Lyn Sugar Free Dark baking chocolate shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- ¾ Cup flour shopping list
- ½ tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 packet Truvia or stevia Sweetener (equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar) shopping list
Fudge Topping
- ½ Cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 ½ Cups Dark Amber Lyn Baking Chunks shopping list
- 2 packets Truvia or to taste shopping list
How to make it
Sugar Free Brownies
- Butter 8” x 8” baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt Amber Lyn Dark Chocolate Baking Chunks in a double boiler or in the microwave for 30-second increments and stir until completely melted. (Be careful not to burn chocolate.)
- Mix butter, melted chocolate and vanilla. Whisk eggs and add to chocolate, mixing well.
- In a separate mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder and Truvia. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture. Mix together.
- Pour in baking pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely.
- Frost brownies with fudge topping and cut with a warm knife into sixteen squares.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
Fudge Topping
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 ½ Cups Dark Amber Lyn Baking Chunks
- 2 packets Truvia or to taste
- Melt chocolate and mix with heavy whipping cream in pot over low heat. Add Truvia to taste.
