How to make it

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown chicken. Season with salt & pepper. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add onion to skillet, cook until tender. Stir in paprika. Return chicken to skillet, turning to coat with onion & paprika mixture. Add wine & broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer until chicken is fully cooked, 40-50 minutes. Remove chicken & keep warm.
  • Reduce skillet drippings to about 1/2 cup liquid, about 3-5 mionutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Serve on top of cooked egg noodles, sprinkle with parsley.

    I am going to try this recipe tonight. Have ground turkey on hand. Maybe make "balls" and brown them and carry on! thank you for a delish sounding and easy dish.
