How to make it

  • MIX VELVEETA, onions and bacon in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
  • STIR in sour cream.
  • SERVE with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or WHEAT THINS Original Crackers.

    I agree with everyone else, velvetta is a great product. I use it in my mac and cheese recipe.

    I love the Velveeta/Rotel Dip recipe but am glad to find something new.
    Please consider adding this to the Velveeta
    group. You are the only one that can do that since it is your recipe. You'll have to join the group but you can always leave it after you add this dish, tia
