Fridays Buffalo Wings Recipe
These are good for a party... They make perfect finger foods... You can accompany these with cherry tomatoes, carrot and celery sticks and blue cheese dressing

Ingredients
  • 15 chicken wings, cut apart at joints
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt

Directions
  1. Heat broiler and line pan with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Cut wings apart at joint, throw joints away or save to make chicken broth.
  3. Brush with sauce.
  4. Arrange on pan and broil for 3 to 4 inches from heat source 12 minutes.
  5. Turn pieces over and brush with sauce.
  6. Broil 8 to 10 minutes more until browned and cooked through.
