How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400'. Trim ends from Brussel sprouts Cut in half lengthwise.
  • Combine Brussel sprouts,bacon and brown sugar in glass baking dish. Roast 25 to 30 mins or till golden brown'stirring once. Season with salt and pepper.

    Yes, my favorite! This is the recipe that got me liking brussels sprouts! Brown sugar is optional, imo, and my mother adds a splash of balsamic vinegar at the end.
