Baked Apples Recipe

Ingredients

3 Yellow apples,peeled, cored and sliced

1/2 C. sugar

1/2 C. brown sugar

5 Tbs. magarine

3 Tbs. cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F

Place apple slices in a Pyrex dish.

Cover apples with sugar, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.

I made this recipe for Easter dinner and had to throw it all away. It calls for way too much cinnamon. I thought about making another batch w/o the cinnamon to add to the first double batch that I made, but it would have still had too much cinnamon.
