Ingredients

3 c. of white bread flour

1/2 c. of oatmeal, uncooked

2 tsp. of active dry yeast

1 c. of water

1/4 c. of honey

2 tbsp of vegetable oil or canola oil

1 tsp. of salt

Directions

First you want to combine all ingredients in breadmaker per your manufacturer's instructions.

It is ok if you need to replace 2 cups white bread flour with 2 cups whole wheat flour but you will need to include 1 tbsp vital wheat gluten

This recipe will make a moist, sweet loaf.

The cook time on this recipe is for a white plain loaf.
