This is a great recipe for bread.

Ingredients
- 3 c. of white bread flour
- 1/2 c. of oatmeal, uncooked
- 2 tsp. of active dry yeast
- 1 c. of water
- 1/4 c. of honey
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1 tsp. of salt
Directions
- First you want to combine all ingredients in breadmaker per your manufacturer's instructions.
- It is ok if you need to replace 2 cups white bread flour with 2 cups whole wheat flour but you will need to include 1 tbsp vital wheat gluten
- This recipe will make a moist, sweet loaf.
- The cook time on this recipe is for a white plain loaf.
