How to make it

  • just mix all ingredient`s in a bowl except the chicken
  • check to see if you need more chilli powder
  • add the chicken and put in the fridge for 2 hours
  • put in the oven for 50 mins and turn halfway through cooking
  • on gas mark 5

    This was definitely stick and spicy! I had two drumsticks and two thighs. I found a tomato puree substitute online - one part tomato paste to two parts water - so that is what I used. I took my chicken out after 50 minutes as I was getting some burning of the sauce in the pan and it looked like a messy clean-up. I turned mine, too, halfway through cooking so the sauce would get all over the pieces. It was perfectly done after the 50 minutes. Added a couple of pictures, too. A little sticky bit more in IMI
