Mom's Plum Cake (pflaumenkuchen)

- Dough: shopping list
- 1 c flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 lb butter shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 t baking powder shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 to 1-1/2 lbs plums, regular or the small Italian(prune-plums),halved shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 c almonds,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Dough:Mix all ingredients in bowl,knead to a supple dough. Either roll out or pat in pan(I pat it in)
- Filling:
- Put the plums in a circle all over bottom of crust. Sprinkle with sugar,cinnamon and almonds.
- Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
