Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sift A, add mashed bananas and mix well into a soft batter.
  • Heat oil in a wok until hot and drop tablespoonful of batter in. Remove with slotted ladle when golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
  • Note:
  • For those who prefer this to be a little sweeter, coat the banana balls with icing sugar or cinnamon sugar. My husband, son, nieces, and nephews love these.

This sounds like something very similar to what I make in my country! I think we add raisins in ours. Delish!

These sound fantastic! Love banana desserts. I'd have to convert your measurements and get a wok, so I probably won't be making them soon but they sound divine!

Aughhh, deep fried goodness! I've had these before with the coconut and make my plantain fritters this same way. Try them with a splash of vanilla extract, it's awesome!! Great post.
