How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry onions, bacon, mushrooms, salt pepper and garlic. (When I use the optional bacon I like to fry my onion and bacon first before adding the mushrooms, as the bacon tend not to get so crispy if you add the mushrooms immediatly)
  • Add cream and parmesan and stir well, let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Serve warm.
