Ingredients

1 English cucumber chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 red pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

½ bunch parsley, finely chopped (or as desired)

1 tin corn kernels, drained

500 spiral noodles or shells salt and pepper to taste

1 Tsp mixed herbs

250 ml mayonnaise

Directions

Toss all ingredients together and mix with mayonnaise.

Serve on the side of your favorite meat at your next bbq
