Creamy Pasta and Corn Salad

- Serves 4
Vegetables and Pasta come together to create a Salad that almost dances on the tongue.
Ingredients
- 1 english cucumber chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped (or as desired) shopping list
- 1 tin corn kernels, drained shopping list
- 500 spiral noodles or shells salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 Tsp mixed herbs shopping list
- 250 ml mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all ingredients together and mix with mayonnaise.
- Serve on the side of your favorite meat at your next bbq
