Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Add parsley, nutmeg, salt & pepper, mix well.
  • In a pot, bring the chicken stock to a low boil.
  • Pour in egg mixture, while stirring with a whisk.
  • Add shredded chicken, stir.
  • Lower heat, simmer for a couple of minutes, while stirring. After the egg forms ribbons, it's ready to serve!
  • Serve with garlic bread and a green salad. Enjoy!
  • ****NOTE: As my GR pal DetroitTokyo stated...fresh spinach would be awesome in this soup!!!
