How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and put pan in oven
  • Combine in a large bowl, the first 7 ingredients
  • Put Panko into a large ziplock bag
  • Dip onion rings into flour mix
  • A couple at a time, put onion rings into bag with Panko and shake to coat
  • Repeat with remaining onion rings
  • Take baking sheet out of oven and place onions on baking sheet
  • Bake for 5 minutes
  • Rotate pan and bake another 5 minutes
  • Turn rings over and lightly spray with cooking spray
  • Bake 5 minutes, rotate pan and bake for a final 5 minutes
