How to make it

  • 1. In a food processor, pulse together the Cheddar and Pepper Jack until finely ground.
  • 2. Add Cream Cheese, Green Onions, Tabasco and lime juice.
  • 3. Pulse until combined and cheese comes together in a ball.
  • 4. Transfer to a bowl and cover with cling wrap.
  • 5. For best flavor- refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
  • 6. Serve with pretzels or Club style crackers.
