How to make it

  • Cook pasta per package directions.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat milk, half&half, and butter over medium heat just until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Gradually stir in 1 ½ cup Parmesan. Cook and stir until cheese has melted.
  • Drain pasta and add to cheese mixture. Toss until well coated. Serve sprinkled with remaining Parmesan and chives.
