Italian Roasted Baby Yukon Golds

These are a great addition to any meal.
Ingredients
- 10 Baby yukon gold potatoes, washed and diced into 1 inch pieces shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced in half shopping list
- 1 tbls. italian seasoning, I use Good Seasons dry dressing mix but any is fine. shopping list
- 2 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbls. melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- In mixing bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter and Italian seasoning
- Add potatoes and garlic
- Mix to coat
- Pour out onto baking sheet
- Bake 35-45 minutes, occasionally stirring potatoes

I make these often and they are delicious. Love them with beef filets piping hot off the grill. great post.
